HP Quality Center's defect tracking module was tied for 1st? I am quite surprised that anyone would think HP's defect tracking module is better than say, Atlassian JIRA or even BugZilla. JIRA far exceeds HP's defect module in usability, extensibility and functionality.

Not to mention that the HP defect component is about as "bare-bones" as it gets when it comes to defect tracking.
